The Race Course Project: Brief Appeal
RACE COURSE CEMETERY FENCING PROJECT
APPEAL OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED ON SUNDAY, 20 MAY 2012
By Sierra Leone Bicentenary Trust, Registered Charity No: 700447 England
In partnership with TUMAC Sierra Leone; In Association with Friends Of the Dead Race Course (FOD)
And consultation with Freetown City Council.
Please help stop the desecration of Race Course Cemetery, Freetown.
Given the reality that Freetown City Council cannot afford to fund this crucial task, we believe this to be a worthy project for our support. Therefore, we are asking ordinary people to have a slice of the action by supporting this development project to protect the cemetery.
If you have our beloved Sierra Leone truly at heart, and want to show your respect for our loved ones who have gone before us, what better way to respond. This is your chance to join this Trust financially, physically or morally.
By donating Le5,000, Le10,000 or any affordable amount, we can complete this fencing project to care for the final resting place of our loved ones.
Cheques can be made payable to: Race Course Fencing Project Fund.
